Cycling from Copenhagen to Salzburg (1060 km) in 61 hours would be considered torture for most people but for Gustav Thuesen it was something he did because he wanted to. Gustav is a young Danish cyclist who is made of something special.
Now Gustav is seeking a new adventure - he wants to ride from his home in Copenhagen to all of the most extreme points of mainland Denmark in under 48 hours. The trip is around 200 km shorter than the ride to Salzburg but if he wants to do it 20 hours faster he needs a companion. Chrisan-Emil is ready for the challenge and with his extensive experience in ultra-distance running, freeride skiing and cycling he knows how to push through boundaries.
The documentary will take the viewer onto the front row of blood, sweat and tears and into the twisted minds of two young extremists on their way through the beauful Danish landscape. The story will humbly and with a humorisc sense create an honest and relatable film where the viewer will be le with the feeling of wanng to step out the front door and seek their own adventure.
